depositing of wrong amount

Good day<br> <br> My name is Esther Kujane. I need your help, I have filed my sars claims electronically as they(sars ) usually advised us to do to avoid long queues. I did first claim of 2015 on the 1st July 2015 which was supposed to pay R1150.00 according to system calculations, a week passed without getting them money then I called to find out if why the money is not in, I was told that I did n`t make a claim of 2009 that is the reason my claim is suspended. I make 2009 claim on the 7th July 2015 which will pay me R3700.00 due to system calculations. I went to sars at mainline after a week to submit them manually. The person who assisted me at mainline told me that I will get R4800.00 . SARS has now deposited R 1231.00 instead of R4800.00. Please assist me I want to know what happened to the other money.<br> <br> I also want to know that what is the use of using efiling if they dictate other amounts than the ones that are done by the efiling system.
