DELAYING TACTICS TO PAYING OUT MY REFUND

I was scheduled for a 2nd telephonic engagement to submit supporting documents- since I changed my bank details. My interactions with SARS have just been a nightmare. The consultants FAILED to call me on the scheduled date and time under case number ***. As they were apparently "BUSY" This morning , 3rd October I got a missed call from Sars ( no scheduled) I asked for a call back and was told that I will need to RESCHEDULE ANOTHER TELEPHONIC ENGAGEMENT since I missed the call. So much incompetency and lack of sense of urgency!!!! So are we going to do this over and over until 2023 perhaps????

I WANT MY REFUND, I HAVE SENT ALL THE DOCUMENTS THAT WERE REQUESTED....SARS MUST STOP THESE DELAY TACTICS!!!!
