Delayed refund no correspondence from sars

I have been wauting for my refund since 1/08/2026. All supporting documents were uploaded. THE CALL CENTRE CAN ONLY ESCALATE MY CASE AND THERE IS NO TURN AROUND PERIOD.THIS SOUNDS LIKE BULLYING.If you owe sars they can do anything to recover the amount so why not use the same resources to speed up refunds.Disappointed
