Delay Tactics for Refunds

in 2016 i was only refunded money after 6 months and that is because i layed a complain and wrote to the CEO .. This year after i did my submission almost 2 month ago .. i am now still being audited for 2010 .. so that was not done last year .. how did they audit me them .. and i get asked for log books when i did not even claim for traveling . no one calls you or mails you . they dont even send notifications and when i call them 10000 times all you get told that they are busy .. it is really sad as i earn a average salary and paid for the bills that i have claimed for and to date i still dont have my refund . it is useless to go to them as you should see the staff when you get to the office .. and no wonder why us South Africans dont like to submitted as when they owe you money they do everything not to pay you .. and when you owe them they are quick to take the money .. sad state that government companies are like this and still nothing will happen
