Delay tactics for refunds

<p>I was promised a refund all via email which should have been in my account on 8 September, I called today to find out that everything that was submitted via efiling by our accountants who are approved accounting practitioners needs to be submitted again to the nearest branch by me personally in hard copy all certified. Why are we bathing with efiling if we have to continue ****ing trees. I am convinced this is just a delaying tactic to not pay out the promised refund.</p> <p> </p>
