Delay on Feedback for tax clearence

On the 14 April2015 I visited the SARS offices in Alberton to submit the IT returns for my deceased mom`s estate i.e tax return for 2013,2014 &2015 in order to get a tax clearance number. I was advised that all is in order and I will received a written confirmation via post or sms once the auditing has been finalised. But no feedback received at all from SARS until I revisited their branch again in Alberton on the 19 May 2015 and I was told that the 2015 tax return is still pending / not yet finalised, the lady who was assisting me could not provide me with the turn around time for this process and she advised that , she has escalated the query. To my surprise and disappointment still no feedback until I again went back to them today 07 July 2015 and the same excuse was given to me . The lady again told me she will escalate the query again. <br> I fail to understand , why is there no service level agreement or turn around time period in place for such cases. I feel that this matter is not handled professionally as it should be .<br> The last case number I was supp**** with is *** / tax ref no ***<br> <br> Please Help
