Delay of Tax Clearance Letter

3 weeks back i contact SARS to help me with a Tax clearance letter for my late dad, that is needed to be submitted to GEPF, so that they can process my dads pension fund. I have been sending them emails requesting the status of my request , but no one is responding. The appointment was done telephonically so i don't have a case number.
