Delay at SARS

I'm very disappointed at how sars has turned out.since they completely decided to offer online service their performance has really dropped.ive registered as a company representative three weeks back even today I haven't received any feedback from sars. when I call is either they are having technical difficulties or they will say you have to wait for 21 working days.honestly it was much better during walk ins because they used to issue everything same day.
