Delay and Horrible service

SARS refund process is horrible. They take very long and its very unfair because when you own them money they want it ASAP and even charge interests and penalties for late payments. Why cant they also pay us interest and penalties for late refunds? This is abusive to taxpayers. My case number *** and my issue is when I call them they tell me I have to resubmit a confirmation of my banking details which I have done. There's always a new issue every time I call. All I want is for them o refund me.
