I am writing this letter to HELLO PETER About the South African Revenue Service.

Subject: ******** Deductions and Unresolved Dispute

I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the ongoing issue of ******** deductions from my account and the subsequent dispute that has been pending for over two years.

Despite my efforts to resolve this matter through the proper channels, I have received no assistance or resolution. The deductions, which I believe are incorrect, have resulted in significant financial hardship and distress.

I launched a dispute year before last around April and provided all required documentation, yet the issue remains unresolved. I have made numerous follow-up queries, they asked me to send all the documents outstanding I did all that again this year April 2024 only to be met with silence or generic responses.

I request that you as Hello Peter to assist me with immediate effect if that's possible.

1. Immediately investigate this matter 2. Cease all ******** deductions 3. Refund the incorrectly deducted amounts 4. Provide a clear explanation for the delay and inaction

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and take prompt action to address this situation. If not, I will be forced to explore further action to protect my rights as a taxpayer. The worst Part is that I am no longer working neither getting an income which puts alot of strain and stress and I have a disability brother that I must take care and my son. On there other hand have to pay rent I can't do all of that being at home.
