Deceased Estate Issues

I have been trying unsuccessfully to get information out of SARS regarding the Estate of the Late Christopher George Albert who passed away in November 2019. I have reported the matter via the SARS website for reporting deceased estates and have now been given 2 reference numbers - *** - reported on 22 December 2020 and then I reported that I had received no reply and was given a new number - ***. I have also corresponded with a Mrs G van der Merwe who asked me to completed certain documents which I have done but she too does not reply. She is an Estate Auditor and fails to reply to emails I have written. I have written to her on 14 December 2020 and again on 12 January 2020. I have tried my best tp update and do all the deceased SARS returns and not that there is around R8000 - maybe more due to the Estate. How can I get some action and who else can I communicate with as the website does not seem to be able to assist. My Wife is the Sole beneficiary and I am trying to assist. Please help - Neville Lichtenstein
