Decaying SARS

No clear communication. Not user friendly at all. eFiling is useless. The they make it impossible for the small percentage of the country that actually pay tax to get any returns. I personally think that the want to keep it all, and thus just make it impossible for the people that are less versed in the SARS process to actually navigate and get their money due to them on purpose. Like all governement institutions in this country, SARS is decaying.
