Death to The Caregiver

Where to start. My Dad is partially disabled so my Mom is his Primary caregiver. So they went to SARS UMHLANGA where HE was given a ticket for Special Cases and when she asked what must SHE do to be attend,the ticketer clearly said she will be attended by the same person asMY DAD IS UNABLE TO SPEAK,HE IS SPEECH IMPAIRED!!!. But NOOOOOO the consultant refused to help my Mom and worse the disgusting attitude they had brought my Strong Mom to tears. Thank you SARS MHLANGA branch for reminding us YET AGAIN how disabled people and Caregivers are treated. Yours Truly Disappointed.
