Dead end at SARS

I need help: I registered a NPC " It's all about Image " in June 2019, Reg. No ***. On the 11th of November 2019 I submitted my application for PBO registration at the SARS office in East London. Ref. No ***. I tried on several occasions to get a progress report by phone. When phoning the message : you are no 1 in the queue is repeated for 45min . this on several occasions. Each time there is no answer and as this is landline it costs money ( tel. no ***, obtained during a visit to SARS office on the 6th of January 2020. According to the consultant this is the only way to communicate with the responsible instance. I did however try an e-mail but got the response that they do not reply to e-mails. According to the registration procedure, registration should take 57 working days. I am now waiting more than a year and there seems to be no way to get any information what the progress is. I had to open a business bank account for which I pay R 130.00 monthly and is at present no use to me. Can Hello Peter help?
