De-Registered as a TAX payer for no apparent reason and without notification from SARS

After submitting tax return via E-filing every year, this year all of a sudden I get told "SOMEONE" at SARS has De-Registered me on their system. Tax returns submitted via E-filing for 2017 and 2018 have been deleted without SARS notifying me of any problems or issues?? Now SARS is making me wait another 21 days for them to get this issue resolved that THEY made. It was not my mistake so why should I wait 21 days?
