Good day,<br> <br> Im very furious and upset, fuming with anger for SARS sending me nasty and treathening sms's stating legal action will be taken against me.<br> <br> When I called their call centre, a consultant by the name Siphiwe couldnt assist me efficiently. I was told that I owe them R4000.44 since 2012. Why didnt I get any correspondence emails/calls or letters any form of communication? When I told this *********** person that I was due for a tax pay-out 2012 and never got any money back to me. He told me, he dont have a clue why I never got my money.<br> <br> 2weeks ago, when I asked Siphiwe why all of a sudden after 4years I only got the sms now he failed to answer me.<br> <br> I've asked for remittance advises from SARS, since my very 1st submission of tax returns to date nothing- no correspondence from them.<br> <br> I want this matter to be resolved ASAP, and out of good faith will be leniant and they can pay me a portion from my tax that was due 2***.<br> <br> This matter was escalated, to my attorneys and I have solid grounds to stand on.<br> <br> Unhappy, Furious and very iritated with this bad services after being a loyal client
