<p>I've been a loyal tax payer all my life. I've started/registered for efilling 2009. Ever, since I'm submitting on time every year. I had all my supporting documents, medical aid/bank,etc tax certificates sent to SARS.</p> <p>Today 14th June 2017, I got an sms from SARS threatening me to take legal action for owing them R4643.53 for whatever reason I dont know. I called SARS, spoke to Patience(Case no : ********** 83) I asked why do I owe this amount - she said since 2012 I owe this money and it accumluated over these years. I didnt get an answer to explain me why I owe this money. SARS, will be dealt with accordingly. Innocent people, are being treathened and ******. SARS, dont go to the actual guys not paying tax although they run businesses making millions turn over. I'll escalate, and forward statement received from SARS to my attorneys. I'm also going to take this further for sms's received that insulted my intelligence.</p> <p> </p> <p>We'll have a lawsuit with SARS, *********** and daylight ******s( SARS, should gun down the actual guys. Not us, that's money due from SARS and dont get a cent always comes up with scaly stories or excuses)</p> <p> </p>
