Cut Calls

This whole day I’ve been trying to reach an agent. Stayed on a call and they cut it @01:40:00 I called in again the call was cut at 15 minutes I went in again and stayed in for 02:54:00 and they cut the call and it’s not the first time I stayed on a call and it was cut. Please whatever it is with their call centres they should fix it
