Customs department

I have been trying everyday for 3 weeks to contact a package I was waiting for from abroad. None of the numbers I was given was answered. The line is busy the entire day. There is only one number ********** 502.thats it. You can't talk with anyone else that can advise you. All the operators at sars give you this number to call. Absolutely ridiculous!!
