Customers are a nusiance it seems.

Our business postal address changed so we had to go with reams of documents to change the details. The assisting lady was not customer friendly, had a bad attitude, refused to give her name and after 5 hours and 2 days the details were not changed and my husband was informed to try Alberton. Lady refused to assist with extra documents needed and she was texting and listening to music while attending to the customer and all questions were either answered with mono syllables or ignored. This was SARS Horizon View on the 30th June and 3rd July. I have laid a complaint with SARS Horison but to date no call back or follow up.
