Customer Service at SARS

<p>Today my partner went to SARS, this is the 3rd time he has been to SARS trying to sort our his documentation and everything like a good citizen. When he gets there he was greeted by very cold and very arrogant people who instead of helping him accused him of an attitude. It's sad that his issue was a mistake done by his work not by him and now these people instead of trying to assist him went on to give him an attitude as if they are doing him a favour. One of the people's name is professor (if that's even his real name). Knowing my partner he would have gotten angry and told them what he thinks of them but he says he was so tired and couldn't understand why they couldn't help him. We try our best to be better citizens by expecting the people employed by our government to atleast help when we need their assistance but instead we are met by rude and arrogant people who literally begged for the jobs they have and now they are walking above the clouds... its really pathetic</p>
