Cruel , *********** woman at counter 05

<p>This woman at SARS filed my taxes incorrectly , initially when I approached her counter she was so cold and I greeted her twice with no response . Fine moving along we do my tax returns , when I tell her about interest on home loan which i can claim for she says no I can't . I leave and on my way get an SMS that says I owe a huge amount , I go back and speak to her and she tells me to go back to the queue so I must sit for another 2hrs.. I get an email and I notice that the Interest I told her about she added it as other income. Had she not acted like a *** this wouldn't have happened</p>
