Incompetence, zero feed back, still await my refund to be paid out for 2023.

I submitted my tax return for tax 2023 (2023/07/03) and SARS even send me a letter (finalized without changes) on this date. Zero feedback or reply from SARS, i then follow up with SARS on refund. Following the completion and finalized without changes letter, and followed up with SARS on the refund process, only to be informed that they now required supporting documents. I submitted my supporting documents for verification which took 21 days. Zero feedback to this regard to date ! SARS have deliberately **** my working from home claim difficult with no results to date. I eventually flled for changes to my 2023 tax year in order to make my claim simpler for SARS and in order to get my refund processed, again another verification process were enforced on the 03/08/2023 ! To date zero feedback have been received on the verification process. I have escalated (08/09/2023) my case number to the auditing department, zero feedback or reply to date. I have now laid an official complaint with SARS (15/09/2023), again no feedback and zero reply to my refund status, complaint and case number.
