Costly Service at SARS

I have been holding on the line to speak to a Consultant the whole morning, every time I get close to being assisted by an Agent they drop the call. This is really frustrating because it's extremely costly to hold on for hours then not get assisted.

They offer a call back option yet they do not call you back.
