i would like to find out if possible the income return payout can be reversed after the assessment has been done. if not is there anyone that can help concering this matter.

assessment amount was R21000.00 due to me...after 2 day will get an sms or email stating that i owe SARS almost R7000.00...and there is no one can explain this from their side...i ve been call sending emails with no help.
