Copout

SARS call center always busy never can get through. and then the phone gets dropped on you. Then today I got thought was asking about my refund, because I have done everything SARS required and waited patiently. What is a Copout is they say please treat our call centre people with respect, and I did, but the call center agent did not he put the phone down in my ear. No wonder people get frustrated.
