Consultant at SARS, Rissik, Marshaltown

I have never come across a consultant with such a bad attitude in my life. If we as women are able to break each other's self esteem like the lady at SARS broke mine today, I fear for the future of women in South Africa. I went to SARS(Johannesburg) on the 21 November 2017 to submit for my Tax returns. I was sent back due to IRP5s that the consultant said I needed for a period I was on a learnership, this is poor information and communication because she should have known that it would be a "stipend". I got all the documents I needed and went back on the 22 November 2017. I was helped by this rude consultant "Busisiwe Nteta" that I had to greet first. She went again and asked me why I don't have the IRP5s I explained. A debate spark between us about the difference between a "stipend" and an "income". She went ahead and asked how old am I? while opening my ID book to check my age. So to her I am stupid not to know the difference between a "stipend" and an "income" at my age. I rep**** and I told her I didn't appreciate her attitude she said to me it's because I don't listen. I told her I will report her to her manager she told me to go ahead and she doesn't care. I reported her, her manger assured me she would deal with this matter. But this is really unacceptable, I am still puzzled by this kind of attitude.
