Concurrent payment amounts

I received an email stating that l owe them R10500 and l went to Uitenhage branch to find out and l was told l did not submit in 2024 but in 2025 submissions were made when enquiring as to who submitted on my behalf and they said it is them so l asked and why not release the 2024 although my employer was also assisting us according to my understanding. I then sent an email explaining and l was told to wait for 21 days for the response but on my 12 day l received my payslip highlighting a garnish order of R2000. I also fail to understand because in 2025 l resigned and l received my monies in November 2025 and took 2 pot in 2024 as well and they also took R1400 that they said l owe them same applies to what had happened in 2021 where they kept my 94 000 that l was supposed to get from my employer as they were saying l receive 2 salaries and l went up and down until they released it in April 2022. I really do not understand a proper manner of behaving towards their taxation method.
