Compliment to Staff Member

This is a compliment not necessarily to the organization however to a staff member from the Randburg branch called Carla (I could have her name spelt wrong). She is so kind and friendly and willing to go the extra mile both on telephonic engagement and at the branch. She assisted me with my banking details and although the issue has not been resolved as it is beyond her, I just wanted to thank her for the treatment she gave me during a very frustrating process.
