Complicated tax return but refund received on time

I will be the first to admit that I am completely sceptical about SARS but they have proven me wrong. I submitted my 2015 return on 03/09/15 & was told that my 2008 & 2009 returns were outstanding.I didn't have these IRP5s to complete them but SARS was very helpful & friendly & told me I needed to get an affidavit stamped at the SAPS stating I don't have the IRP5s because my ex-employer wouldn't give them to me,which I did.I do e-filing & I called when I had everything & they guided me step for step to upload the supporting docs and told me that if I do not receive my notices by 05/11/15 then I should call them to escalate the matter.Low & behold, my notices was received last week & refund paid yesterday.So they kept their word, were extremely helpful & very polite & I called a 100 times & not once was I put off by anyone at the Call Centre & they had all the answers I needed so I really doubted them for nothing. So thank you SARS Call Centre, you guys are amazing!
