Complete Incompetence

How on earth do SARS assist me for over 100 days and 6 x different phone calls on my Trust query with different call center agents and a meeting .... and now suddenly this morning (16.09.22) I am not registered as the Trust representative and you are unable to give me information!!

This after the query was escalated on 23rd August and no mention of the fact that the information was missing...... after confirming my identity???????

Sorry ma'am, submit the relevant documents and wait a FURTHER 21 days and we will see if we can assist. ****** incompetence.

I am fuming!!!!
