Complaint case number (#***)SARS agents Are ***** and mostly clueless.

So I submitted my tax returns 1st July 2021, prior to that I had changed my banking details. 21 days later I was asked to book an appointment and submit my banking details, I did that, even got a confirmation email that Docs are received. I was then told it takes 21 days to verify it all. 21 days for verification lapsed, I called again and this time I wanted to find out if there is any feedback. I was told they waiting for authorization from Accounts, 2 weeks later Accounts still hasn't lifted the stopper so that i get paid. I lodged a claim case Number # *** and still Im still getting no satisfaction. No one is giving me a clear answer as to whats the hold up. Am told this could take another 21days to be resolved, maybe. Where do I go for assistance? Its funny when we owe SARS, they don't hesitate to take your money, but when tables are turned its different, no sense of Urgency whatsover 🤬
