Complaint

I logged a complaint 3 weeks and no one has bothered to make contact with me and my query with them is still pending even though it was their fault that it was never attended to in time. SARS is the worst business division ever. The manager from Welkom promised to keep me updated but even to date I have never heard from her. I took the iniative to call them on Friday or else they shouldn’t have. The is poor service at all levels. But I’m also not surprised Government institutions doesnt care about us.

My case number is as follows even though I know very well that it will never be attended to.
