Complaint

I've hard the worst experience dealing with Sars consultand starting from.the branch to the call centre, they all dont know what they are doing, proper training need to be given. I went to the branch on the 29 Srptember to submit my tax return and there was a refund due to me. I was advised to wait 21days to recieve my money but until now nothing has been recieved. Calls made for follow ups and different stories being told and its frastrating. ***, ref ***, ref ***, ref ***, ref *** call *** these are all the call ref numbers and no help still. This is really frastrating. I dont imagine my self in the very same situaion or dealing with this insitution again..
