Complaint

Sars Orlando east has the worst service, I made an appointment last month & they gave me an appointment for the 13th March 2023 at 14:30 pm. I left the Surgery without me & my child being attended. Because I was in a hurry for their appointment & I was here by 14:05pm, it's 15:31 now and I haven't being attended and I left a sick child at home & I'm sick myself. They just pass saying they are knocking off. This is not fair because we all have things to do, and I don't understand why do we have to make appointments if they are not honoured.
