Complaint

Hello I don't know if anything can be done about this but am hoping it can or someone out there can have a look at the situation. At the springs SARS branch we getting the most poor if not bad and disrespectful service ever, I went there twice we stand on the line for the whole day and they would only call 2 people inside after an hour and when it's half past 3 they would come out and give excuses to every so they go back and they can close. Please look into the matter there's really no service delivery at the springs branch SARS
