Complain

I spoke to Neliswa who I found to be rude and ***********, so I asked to speak to her manager(Fortunate) who was helpful but not reliable as she made a promise that she failed to keep, she promised to call me back and never did, today I spoke to Donald who happened to give me what Neliswa was giving me (Not rude as her though) again requested to speak to a manager(Emma) who could not account nor give information about anything, she sure as hell was clueless, Can SARS please take us serious and employ competent people.
