Complain

I have been waiting here at sars horizon view from 1pm and it's 4pm. It's only now that they telling us that we are not going to go in. It's been my third time coming here and being treated like this. Right now I don't feel like a human I feel like a black person because it's only a selected people who are spoken to of their needs. I have been waiting for 3 and a half hours and I haven't even reached the door I am so sad and angry. Why are we being treated like this why are we treated like all the time we have is for a cue at sars. Please respond
