Come 2019 tax season - Flames

I actually want to rate SARS -1. Their service is pathetic and their consultants ***********. I am still waiting for my refund since October2018.

We all know that they would have implemented stiff penalties if we as consumers fail to submit our tax returns.

I know that they delaying refunds in hopes that the money gather some interest in their accounts. Pathetic, pathetic
