Close down my duplicate account so I can log into ny efiling

I cannot log into efiling because the system says I have two active accounts. I went to SARS on 3 Oct 2022 to get the duplicate account closed. Apparently it would take 21 days for the duplicate account to be closed. Well, I went into my efiling profile on 15 Nov 2022, and it gives ne the same error message !!!! Very irritating. I tried to make an appointment with SARS, but got no response.
