Clive Menlyn unprofessionalisml

I went to SARS Menlyn in May 2024 to fix some outstanding matters.Was referred to Clive.After explaining the situation to him he took down my particulars and promised to email the response to HR and cc me. T hat did not happen and I had to go back to make a follow up to my surprise he lost my particulars and did not email HR and myself.He wrote a letter and gave it to me to take it to HR.Fastforward went back again in August 2024 with the same issue. He took my particulars again promising to send an email to HR and cc me that also never happen.Today the 8th of August I'm back at SARS Menlyn for another follow up unfortunately I was assisted by someone else.

From what I gathered is that I'm not the first person to complain about Clive.Bear in mind that I must take time off from work to come to SARS only to find that there are people like Clive who are getting for nothing.Wasting my time and money only to come across people who are not committed to their work.

SARS must address this issue with Clive asap
