Client Care doesn’t exist!

Telephone consultant who work for sars are all the same. ****ty client care service consultants. You wait on the line to speak to someone for over 40 minutes then they have the nerve to drop the line when you finally get through. Been calling the whole week and all the ladies I spoke to dropped the line on me. Probably because they didn’t know the answers to my questions.
