Claim for tax return

I am trying to claim for my tax return using SARS Mobi App but I am struggling to get my app or account activated .I have called SARS agent and they are saying I must wait for 48 hours to 21 working days, am really concerned because the deadline is on the 4th of December 2019 if this app activation takes longer than this closing date ,how will I claim for my tax return.I don't understand why should SARS keep on encouraging people to use this app if it got difficulties.Just cancel it and Tell us to go to SARS branch than wasting our data and time on this app.Come on guys stop playing with us,we are also people and we have needs and we need the money to survive.
