Change of tax numbers

Hi there<br> sometime in 2012 my former company created a ta number for me and i ended up with two tax numbers.<br> I went to sars in 2013 to change to have one tax number and i was told its sorted but nothing was done.I went back again during the filing season in 2014 and was told by one Andrew from pretoria branch(van de walt) but it seems nothing was changed.<br> I phoned on 2015 to change since i had relocated to middle east (Dubai) and wanted my provident fund but was told i use someone with power of attorney and my representative went to rusternburg(6 june 2015) and she was told she cant be an attorney because she is not registered yet the site allows not practicing people to have that power.Meanwhile my provident fund is held back by my company because of this.Kindy assist its 3 years same issue
