Change of bank details that has not been done.

I would like to express my disappointment and diagrace in which sars is handling my return after waiting the 21 days for banking details to be changed my banking details of which I am on day 30 and 3 escalations not a single manager has return my call regarding this matter and no bank details has been amd im still recieving emails to say that it takes 21 days to verify banking details and even after all the documents they required are there.
