Certification of residence (RC01)

To whom it may concern

I am very disappointed with SARS as I have been waiting for my certification of residence (RC01) for more than two months now and its needed asap at my new workplace. I have received an email which has no information on the attachment and have emailed SARS so many times, I am just so tired and frustrated now with this whole situation.
