***** Case

In September I supposed to receive my refund and someone I don't know added his account on my profile and I updated my bank account but SARS paid on the account of the person I do not know. I called that person's bank to report that account and the bank asked me to send them the proof that money was mine and I did, the bank confirmed that the money is there and has not been used and they stopped the account. The bank told me they will wait for SARS to contact them. I reported the ***** at SARS online till today nothing has been done. I have called SARS several times from September till date, the response I get is the case has not been allocated to anyone. On my report I did mention that I have called the bank and the bank has stopped the account, the only thing SARS was supposed to do is to reverse the money and pay to the correct account
