Can't pay penalty nor file old return

Absolutely dreadful experience. Got called in at work telling me blake and associates have been calling me on behalf of SARS. Note no messages no nothing just straight to collectors. I then thought its one of the many ****s going around turns out its an administrative penalty for 2019 non compliance. So i accept it went to find my IRP 5 and submit, guess what i couldn't go back further than 2020 so guess it will keep piling up. Eitherway i return home thinking you know what for peace of mind pay the penalty and get it over with no use fighting SARS it just gave error upon error. So i cant do my old return that im penalized for nor can I pay it. Seriously im so fustrated
