Cannot pay tax to sars from bank accounts that don't work.

How am I support to submit and or pay a tax return if the banking and financial services are not working and all I may do is email lenders and or grant providers and or lawyers and or bank managers and not pay out any funds and or receive any funds? There's absolutely no self service functionality and the system doesn't even allow me to login with the tax number an or the username and or login credentials and there's no way to verify information. The websites like a giant repository of tax fyi's but no practical tax solutions.
