Cannot get hold of a competent person. No one responding!

Ridiculous! We have to pay taxes - no issues here. But they just do what they want and not even explain themselves to identify and rectify what the issue may be.

Cannot get hold of them via phone, call back does not work, efiling assistance does not work.

Really now what?
